She interviews professionals across the MSP and wider IT channel, sharing insight on industry trends, challenges, and innovation. She also moderates events and panel discussions within the channel, helping to facilitate conversation and connect people across the ecosystem. With a Master’s degree in Publishing, Sophie combines editorial expertise with a strong focus on building connections within the MSP community.
