Veronica Rahneberg is an AI governance advisor and go-to-market strategist with over 30 years of experience across technology, consulting and enterprise sales. As Founder of Innovera Ltd, she works with organisations navigating the commercial and governance dimensions of AI adoption — helping boards, leadership teams and sales functions turn AI strategy into executable practice.

A Module Director at Trinity Business School, Veronica delivers programmes at the intersection of AI, commercial performance and responsible governance. She applies the GLOW framework — a practical governance model designed to help boards and senior leaders build structured oversight, accountability and risk management into their AI journey.

Previously at EY and Fujitsu, Veronica has held senior roles spanning enterprise GTM, strategic alliances and AI-enabled sales transformation.
